Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BCBA Job Responsibilities:
- Provide on going support for clients and families
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Write and maintain positive behavior support plans
- Oversee assessments, plan development, and on-going program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress
- Attend weekly staff meetings
- Develop and conduct staff trainings
- Collaborate with other BCBA’s and all organization team positions
- Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
Qualifications, Requirements and skills:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating individualized behavior programs
- Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedures
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Clear background check
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Registered Behavior Technician responsibilities:
- Working directly with clients and parents
- Relationship building/pairing with client through social play
- Implementing individualized programming using applied behavior analysis
- Implementing behavior treatment plans written by the BCBA
- Opportunity to be a trainer and train entry level Behavior Technicians
Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Must have RBT certification credentialed from Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with children diagnosed with autism for at least 1 year
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for at least 1 year
- Strong verbal and written communication, time management and organizational skills, problem-solving
- Proven ability to work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Clear background check
Behavior Therapist (BT)
Behavior Therapist responsibilities:
- Implementation of individualized behavior plans and programs written by supervising BCBA
- Work under direct supervision of BCBA
- Responsible for tracking behavioral data for each client on case load
- Document daily behavioral notes
- Follow and maintain procedural integrity
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-homes and community setting
Qualifications, Requirements, and Skills:
- High school diploma
- At least 1 year of ABA experience
- A passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions
- Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program
- Some afternoons or weekend availability
- Care love and compassion to each and every child
- Clear background check
